Incorrect Visual: Brown – Big square. Changes colors. Purple, orange and brown.

Was focused on “seeing” and not on sensing. Recommended not to be so focused on the self (seeing), let go of trying. Let it enter the imagination. You are not in control of what comes up, but you are in control of how you respond (accept / reject). Pretend you are dreaming. Have that same state of “letting go”.

Correct Visual: Up two stories looking out a window (the room was empty, but she felt safe, but not happy), at the beach and seeing D. Had his back to her. He was on the beach and walking away. Alone.
Feelings: Loneliness, feeling abandoned, empty, extreme sadness, sorrow, overwhelming loss, saying good-bye to what could have been, letting go, an internal ache, a longing,
Note: Didn't feel any of the feelings while viewing, but once it dawned on what the meant, they overwhelmed.
Positive Intent: Completeness, companionship, shared joys, shared sorrows, loving and being loved. Ultimately wanting completeness. Satisfaction.
Relation: Could be creating physical pain to block emotional pain. In foot because its the furthest place to put it. Put it as far away as possible.

New Visual: Faucet with pure clean clear water coming out, like a full stream being turned on full blast. (Maybe P turned it on? Didn't see anyone else turn it on). Coming from a good source.

Representing: Satisfaction. Completeness, can never run out. As much as needed. Whereas D. can run out (come home and be tired and want to sleep). Noted similarities between story of woman at the well with Jesus.

Took a while to see how new visual fulfilled all the intentions of the old. Was able to see mentally, but didn't feel it. Decided to try transformation anyway.

Transform? Yes.

Result: Became ocean, then sunshine, then ended in a shower of water coming out a shower head. (12 minutes)

Feelings: Much joy! Singing: I've got a river of life flowing of me . . .
