Overeating to Gain Weight

OK, and now for the ones that are recorded. Please keep in mind that the discussion shapes itself to the audience and therefore uses terms and perspectives that they can relate to. Many of these are Christians, so the terminology follows this. The overall understandings, of course, are universal, and could apply equally to any. If you have trouble with any of these terms or perspectives, feel free to comment and we can discuss.

Name: G.H. (proxy)
Issue: Over-eating to gain weight (8 Hd's)

6/1/09-Hd1-L2-G1

Visual: White mushroom with red top and pink polka dots on the underside
Significance: Beautiful but poisonous, inwardly lacking
Positive intent: Transformation
Why? To be beautiful
Why? To be accepted
Why? To be loved
Why? To feel good
End result? Chasing feelings, focus on external beauty, overly concerned with people's perceptions, and opinions, distraction from the inward
What is the beauty that really matters? Inward
Where does that come from? God
Where then should the focus be? God and letting him transform the inside of us so that we are inwardly beautiful and that it shines out giving us external beauty that people appreciate, but that isn't concerned about others validation, it already knows it is valid in God

New Visual: A sun, shining brightly (can't be touched or changed by others)
Willing to transform? Yes

Result: Transformed with much to-do (3 minutes)
Feelings: Much relief, peace, happiness, joy
