Seeing the Holodyne: Not a matter of looking.

All you have to do is hold the intention that you want to see it, and that intention will attract the image to you. It will spontaneously come into your conscience. Its like you've made the bird call and you are just waiting for you bird to come to you. You don't know what kind of bird will show up, or when, but you just keep waiting for it anyway.



Issue: FUN! Comedy, goofing off (HD3)

8/14/09

So I arrived in Studio City today and called a friend of mine that is a notorious partier. Maybe it's the energy of LA, or maybe it was thinking about this friend, but a realization came to me that I was SOO focused on business, that I was totally ignoring having any fun. What is the point of life if you don't enjoy it? Certainly there is a place for fun. I know I had a block. As I had looked in the mirror over the last five months, I noticed a face at peace, a face that had some inner joy, certainty, love, I could go on, but I also saw that it was missing something. I blamed it on not having people to associate with, which wasn't my fault because there weren't any people like me. Well, now I pegged the real it behind it. I WAS AFRAID OF HAVING FUN! So I jumped right on it and it became even more clear to me. I immediately noticed that, YES, this is what I had been missing! And it was also why my consulting had seemed to come to a standstill. Who wants to associate with a spartan prick? Humor is the first ingredient to anything good, and what wins peoples confidence that you care about them. I had been acting like a drill sergeant. No wonder my calls weren't getting returned!! But this was about me too! What about my own happiness! Ah, yes, this HAD to change. So here we go . . .

After completing this, I had a bunch of papers that flipped out all over the place. I got mad. See, this is what happens when you take your focus off of business and start having fun. Then I realized I had all the info on my computer and that paper was too big anyway and falling apart, it needed replaced. It was in the end a good thing to lose!


Issue: Not Acquiring Wealth (3 Hd's)

9/23/09-Hd1-L4.2-1G

Visual: Tweetie and Sylvester
Meaning: Tweetie represents innocents and purity, simplicity and generosity. Sylvester represents great, pride, ego, the conquerer out to claim the widows mite. This was my dichotomy and would view wealth as intimately and inseparably bound to these undesirable characteristics.

New Visual: A cool bird with stylin' sunglasses and tremendous wealth. He had personality, character, spirit all the desirable qualities AND was RICH!

Transformation: Saw myself as an embryo then as a sperm. Sensed the intention which was involved at my conception. Guilt and fear of acceptance kept the aggressive sperm from making it. (15 min)

Visual: A dark witch-type being
Meaning: The desire for money is evil

New Visual: An Owl with a full and wealthy vest of feathers
Meaning: It is not wrong to desire that which is necessary for your comfort and convenience. Even if that means killing and eating mice. A naked owl would freeze through the winter. Meeting and satisfying your needs is proper, especially the more evolved you are. It is acceptable for a mouse to die to feed and owl, but not an owl to feed a mouse.

Visual: A Horse which is in a simple outline-type stencil
Meaning: Simplicity. Better to have little and live simply. Money only complicates life.

New Visual: Many gears, all very simple, but working in a complex and harmonious way
Meaning: With proper organization and management, you can have many resources involved and at work and under your disposal, yet maintain simplicity and effectiveness.

Note: Wow! I can really sense a shift in my perceptions! I LOVE this. Can't wait to put them to work!!


Issue: Not pro actively and aggressively pursuing clients (1Hd)

9/24/09-Hd1-L4.1-1G

Visual: A hard hat construction worker talks over a hand held radio. He waits for people to call. On stand by.
Meaning: This was kind of how I would operate my business. Unfortunately, people didn't know the channel, have a radio or even have an understanding why they should contact me. Sure, I was ready and waiting to talk to anyone that contacted me, but for the most part, I was just waiting and hoping.

New Visual: A half rainbow becomes clear, distinct, bright, sharp, and vivid - solid colors. I then see a big pot of gold appear at the end, plump and gratifying.

Meaning: Focus on people's beauty and that will lead to rewards.

Insight: Interestingly, i just realized that I was focusing on people's problems and trying to highlight why they needed holodynamics. This would drive them away because my focus on their problems would create the idea that I saw them as having problems, which no one wants people do to because this has an entrenching affect. Better for me to focus on positives and let them bring up the negatives. I need to see people as perfect already.

Insight 2: In talking with people, spend 2x as much time talking about what is right ("honey to help medicine go down"). This will be beneficial to your own psyche as well! If nothing else, do it for your own sake!

Result: Transformed (already)

Note: Interestingly, this was a large one but it transformed quickly! My guess is that since I already new the importance of focusing on positive, law of attraction, etc. this was more a matter of making a connection than a transformation. Or, rather, the connection made the transformation.

Note 2: I'm now so familiar with the Q1-4 that in some instances, I just have to say "will you help me with Q1-4" and I instantly get a yes.


Issue: "Needing" food to survive, have energy, live (5 Hd's)

Insight: I already did what I thought were all the holodynes for food. So why more? Well, what I'm discovering is that this is a lot like archeology. On the surface you have one layer of holodynes, which can be levels 1-10, then on the next layer, you have another set of holodynes which can be any level (1-10), then another layer. You can't really see or work with those on a deeper level till you address the ones on the upper levels. Once you have dealt with those, the next ones become apparent. So that actually helps, because even after completing all the past ones on food I was still needing some (albeit a LOT less - 850 calories vs. 1350). So now what, will this put me to 350? We'll see!

Hd1-L4.5-1.5G (m) (half inherited, half self-made)

Visual: A swirling pattern turns into a whirlpool that turns into a cyclone that turns into a black hole.
Meaning: My existence depends on continual sucking in of resources. If this flow stop, I vanish.

New Visual: A sword which starts spinning. It then maneuvers through space while spinning, going here and there.
Meaning: You are a self-propelled offensive force.
Result: Transformed (already!)
Insight: How did this one transform so fast! It is likely that these holodynes overlap the previous ones and since those have been transformed there is little resistance. I may also be sensing deeper and thus transforming faster.
Q1-4: Yes

Hd2-L2.4-1G

Visual: An apple, ripe, sweet, and delicious. A few bites are taken. MmmmMMM
Meaning: Food offers a pleasure and gratification which you can get no where else.

New Visual: A carved pumpkin with a light inside
Meaning: Gratification is an inner experience. It is based on what is inside, not what is outside.



Issue: Body Heat (12 Hd's)

(It appears the order and numbering on some of these got mixed up)

Hd2-L2.3-1G
Visual: A skier goes off a jump and does a flip twist but somehow gets stuck in the move spinning and moving back and forth forever.
Meaning: Be careful about the moves you mae - you will forever pay the consequences (such as a broken bone or neck).
Relation: Take the conservative route - tried, true, and proven (a block to visualizing and creating a new experience - such as self-heating).

New: Same, except skier completes and remains forever in a perfect land
Meaning: It is true, but if you make the right moves you will forever enjoy the reward
Result: Already transformed
Q1-4: Yes (very quickly to all) Q5: Go for it!

Hd3-L2.3-1G (also hydration)

Visual: A steamboat with a chopper on it that keeps trying to lift off but can't seem to get more then a little up in the air and then it lands again. Th last time it does only to have something major go wrong. It gets stuck in this position.
Meaning: Effort doesn't always bring success
Relation: Give up your efforst are wastd on tying to create heat

New Visual: Someone golfing. If you try enough times eventually you will get a hole-in-one (aka law of attraction)
Result: Transformed (20 seconds)

Hd4-L2.3-1G (also nails)

Visual: A crow, flying and stopping
Intent: To exist, find food, be happy
Feelings: Lonely, unfulfilled
Relation: Life is cold and empty

New Visual: A red lollipop being sucked by a child
Feelings: Joy satisfaction
Result: Transformed (5 sec)

Q1-4: Yes, Q5: No
12 day integration

Hd5-L2.2-1G (also air)

Visual: A bird next with 5 eggs. One hatches. It sees it is all alone and goes and listens to the others, warming them with its body heat. That egg hatches. The two go to the next egg and the same happens for all three more.

Meaning: The world is cold. You need warmth from an outside source to come to life.
Intent: Life and health, well-being
Second Visual: A cow not letting anyone touch her warm utters.
Meaning: Warmth and nourishment are hard to come by.

New: A well insulated underground cave home
Meaning: Heat may be hard to come by, but if you conserve what you have and rotect from the outside, you will have more then plenty.
Result: Already transformed
Q1-4: Yes. Q5: No

Insight: Don't feed passive images - they may simply be from the imagination. the real will not pass but as you watch become clearer and more focused. You cannot ignore it, it stays and grown. Feed your energy to that.


Hd6-L2.1-1G (also air)

Visual: Native America drum with feathers on it
Meaning: If you want something, much praer, effort, begging and pleading is necesarry. Hope but no certainty.
Intent: Getting needs met

New Visual: A cowboy standing by a horse. He hops on "gidyup!". Has a "can-do-anything" attitude. Anything you want, it just takes work. Confidence.

Result: Already transformed.
Q1-4: Yes. Q5: Assignment: "Be Me" (says cowboy)

Insight: Your job - keep your eyes on the stage - not conduct the play, not walk out of the theater and expect to receive benefit, to be present and observant. Don't let eyes wander off stage. Imagine stage and curtains. You buy the ticket and sit in the right theater by setting the intention.

Hd7-L2.1-1G (also nails and teeth)

Visual: A skeleton key hanging down (by a string?). Suddenly it starts spinnin very rapidly. It kees spinning.
Meaning: represents unobtainable nature of important things. They are locked away and the key remains tantalizingly out of reach.

New Visual: A fire breathing dragon
Meaning: You are powerful and you are magical - you need nothing outside yourself.

Result: Already transformed
Q1-4: Yes Q5: "Be Me"


Issue: Procrastination

Note: I thought that I was over this but I noticed a consistent pattern in my life where I would always get money to pay bills JUST before they were do. I had blamed the universe for trying to teach me faith and trust, but as it turns out, I wasn't really LOOKING for help until it was needed and that's when it would come.

Visual: An orange pyramid
Meaning: Strength, efficiency, non-superficiality, non-waste
Relation: I would not address financial issues (or otherwise) in advance because I wasn't sure that they would even be an issue when the "due date" rolled around. Who knows, maybe I would get a check in the mail in between now and then. Don't worry until the date arrives.

New: A fire with a pile of logs beside it
Meaning: Thinking ahead. You know that you will need wood, so getting extra in advance is not a waste of time. In fact, it saves time. If you wait until the first is down to a flicker it will take MORE work to get it back to normal.

Result: Started with a screen and zippers and trying to keep ants out. No matter what kind of blocks and putty was put there the ants would eat through. It was annoying, like they couldn't be stopped. This appeared to represent my hope that my financial worries would disappear, and I would just ignore them, or try to patch them up, but not address them specifically. Eventually, I decided to use the ants as a positive force, and proactively created a sugar path for them where I wanted a trail made, which they followed, chewing all the vegetation to the sides creating a trail. I thus turned the "financial naggings" into a creative force.
