Visual: A nose with big nostrils, which turns out to be on a dog which is using it to smell with and going all around sniffing (Pluto style). It discovers something dangerous and frightful, gets scared and decides it doesn't want to do any more sniffing ever again (bad experience). No more inhaling. The breathing process becomes arrested.
Intention: exploration, discovery, safety

New Visual: A ferris wheel
Significance: One is able to have a new experience, see the world differently, obtain new vistas, while observing from a secure position that is safe, being fastened to the seat behind a metal bar. The circular motion of the ferris wheel might represent the restored rhythm of the lungs – steady, fixed motion which allows exploration with safety.
